These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, “Franchise”, “Vendor”) and Faster Home Service (“Company”). By using our website or services, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these terms.


1. Platform Role & Legal Status

Faster Home Service is a technology-based service facilitation platform. The Company does not provide physical repair services directly and does not employ any technicians or franchises.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of property, loss of profits, service delays, or quality failures.

8. Indemnity Clause (Strong Legal Protection)

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faster Home Service, its owners, directors, partners, employees and affiliates against any claims, damages, penalties, losses or legal expenses arising from your actions or disputes.


9. Data & Privacy

User data is processed as per our Privacy Policy. While reasonable security measures are used, no platform can guarantee 100% data security.


10. Account Suspension Rights

Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without prior notice for violation of terms or misuse of platform.


11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of the Company’s registered office city.


12. Force Majeure

Company shall not be liable for failure due to natural disasters, war, strikes, cyber outages, government actions or system failures.


13. Amendments

Company may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after update constitutes acceptance.

15. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through mandatory arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Court intervention shall be limited except for enforcement of the award.


16. Class Action Waiver

You agree that all disputes shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions, joint claims, or collective lawsuits against the Company.


17. Maximum Liability Cap

In any case, the total liability of the Company, if proven by a competent court, shall be limited strictly to the amount of platform service fees received by the Company in the previous 3 months, or ₹1000 (whichever is lower).


18. Criminal Misuse Protection Clause

If any User, Customer, Franchise or Vendor engages in fraud, threat, harassment, illegal entry, theft, abuse, criminal act, or misuse of the platform, the Company reserves the right to immediately block access and cooperate with law enforcement without notice.


19. Third-Party Responsibility Disclaimer

The Company shall not be responsible for actions, failures, damages, warranties, behavior, conduct or service quality of third-party Vendors or Franchises.


20. Digital Evidence Validity Clause

All records including emails, call logs, IP logs, chat records, database logs, and system logs shall be admissible as legal electronic evidence under Indian law.


21. Survival Clause

All clauses related to liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and legal protections shall survive termination or expiry of this agreement.


22. Non-Waiver Clause

Failure by the Company to enforce any right shall not be considered a waiver of that right.


23. Entire Agreement Clause

These Terms constitute the complete and final agreement between the parties and override any prior agreements.


24. Severability Clause

If any part of these Terms is held invalid by a court, the remaining clauses shall remain fully enforceable.


25. Platform Security & Threat Protection

Any attempt to hack, damage, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform shall result in permanent ban and legal action.
